Naila Rafiq

Naila has been empowering individuals across continents to build the career and life they want for several years now. A multicultural mother residing in Dubai, her entrepreneurial journey has led her to starting and building several businesses. From running a Private Members Health and Beauty Club in London, to setting up interior design companies Chelsea Grey and Noble Design in the UAE, and running the marketing division for Pioneer House in India, Naila’s passion to develop people, along with sound business acumen, has seen her achieve several noteworthy milestones. Naila’s passion lies in working with individuals to unlock their potential and, in the process, transcend cultures, barriers and gender.

Naila read Law at University College London and went on to attain her MBA from Herriot Watt University. A certified Life Coach and experienced NLP Practitioner, Naila’s inspiration comes from extensive study of the works of Napoleon Hill, Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield and Robin Sharma, all of whom have transformed the lives of millions through their books, seminars and courses.

Through several decades and meeting hundreds of people from all spectrums of life across different continents, Naila realised there was often a disconnect between the individual’s achievements and their fulfilment – no matter how successful they were. Exploring this common denominator further, Naila found her true purpose – to help individuals overcome intrapersonal conflict and, using powerful coaching tools and techniques, to empower them to reach their ultimate goals.
